Thank you to Ray at Caliber Collisions he was amazing, excellent, compassionate, and truly showed the highest level of customer service I ever experienced. I was anxious and upset all day, and luckily I fell into good hands. I was quoted at very high price and my insurance couldn't recover the damage due to my current policy. Today I got backed into and the person drove away. User ( 08:43) I usually don't write reviews but I just wanted to say this to spread some positivity because I truly experienced amazing customer service here by Ray Rodriguez. I would recommend this place to family and friends. They have the best and most friendliest staff. I take all my vehicles here and have been for years. I can't say enough about this guy and Caliber Collision and the excellent work they do. I've been here three times and will continue going here for all my car repairs. Plus the staff here are nice and answer any questions or concerns you may have. User ( 08:42) This is a great place to get your car fixed.
